Hi, I am seeking any information on the Hathaway family. I know that John Gordon Hathaway who is my gg granfather came to Australia from England on board Merchantman as a convict in 1863. His parents were Samuel & Lydia of Folkestone, Kent.
He married Priscilla Bagshaw in York Western Australia on 15 May 1868, one of their daughters Ada married Alfred Batty in York in 1904 is my grandmother & other than that I don`t know much. Hoping some one can help me fill in the blanks.Thanks
