i wish I could help with more information, I don't know his state of birth. I know he came from a big family (i think he had 7 or 8 siblings) He himself was in the Army staioned in Germany back in at least 72 and 73 (hence the fact that I was born) I know he has a brother named Fred, much more information I don't know as my mother don't recall too much (or wont tell me)

ps.. I should point out i'm not really looking for him as I have a father in my life, but I have always been curiouse of any other family of sorts out there.
