It looks like they were married in Knox Co KY in 1861 although the record (or transcription) shows his name as:
Adolphus DUGGAR - 1861 - Knox, KY [1861 01 Jan + Eliza HATFIELD]
There was a Hiram and Sarah Hatfield Dugger family in Knox County throughout the 1850s-1870s. They were married there in 1852 (15 Feb) and had a number of children:

> Wm. F. 11 KY

Don't know if they are related to your Dugger but with a name that unusual, it's likely.
