My great-aunt Minnie Lee Stewart married William Robert Hatfield around 1905 in Texas. They lived in Eastland and Erath Counties. Minnie and William had one son, Homer Nathaniel Hatfield born 9 JUL 1906, Shackleford County, TX. He married Audrey O. Ivy around 1929. They lived in Leuders, in Shackleford County. This was during the oil boom and one of their sons wrote a letter to his grandmother about gas burning outside. Homer and Audrey had three children that I know of, Herman Lee (b. 19 FEB 1934), W.D. (b. 21 Dec 1930), and Edward Lewis (b.21 MAR 1928). Herman and Eddie have died, but I'm not certain about W.D.
