I am looking for info on Ed Hassler and his wife Melissa Thompson. Melissa Thompson was born abt 1844 in Wheeling,Ohio,West Virginia.Melissa died in Hawkeye,Iowa. Her mother Lucinda Thompson was staying with them for awhile.When Lucinda died her body was shipped to Melrose,Stearns County,Minnesota to be buried next to her husband Levi Thompson.Melissa had nine brothers and sisters which I have the names for.Lucinda died in 1909 so Melissa had to of died after that.Any info on these families would be appreciated.Melissa would be my great Aunt.My email address is MinnGemini@aol.com
