Laura,
I have Johannes Hassinger(1710-1797) from Coblenz? Germany, Embarking on a ship in Rotterdam, Holland on the British ship"Judith" and arriving at the Port of Philadelphia PA and taking the oath of allegience to the British Government on Sept.15,1748. He married Maria Catherine Reiner.
His son Jacob Hassinger Sr.(1742-1802) disembarked with him. Jacob Sr. married Magdelana ? and had a Son named jacob Jr.(?-?) who married Elizabeth?. Jacob Jr.had a son named Jacob(1792-1862) who married Elizabeth? and they had a son named John frederick Hassinger1817-1882). John Frederick married Elizabeth Pecht(1820-1902) and had a son named William (1853-1936) who married Sudie Adelaide Baumgardner(1852-1936), William's son Herbert(1878-1955) married Eva Pearl Kramer(1885-1942) and they had my grandfather-in-law Norman.
