Terry - No, I don't know where Catherine Hussey or Hassett came from, but I understand Hussey is an Irish name. I am in the process of obtaining a marriage certificate for her son Henry O'Keefe which I hope will give me her correct maiden name (Hussey or Hassett). The marriage details I have for Catherine are only, "James Keefe m. Catherine Hasset at Beechworth [Vic., Aus.] on 13th Jan. 1856," which is an extract from the book "The History of the Parish of Beechworth 1854-1978 with Ovens Goldfields' Background", but these people may or may not be the parents of my grandfather Henry O'Keefe. Once I know Henry's mother's correct name (Catherine Hussey or Hassett), then I can try to get a marriage certificate for her and James which may tell me where she was from. I'll post any more information I get. Thanks for your interest. Jeremy
