John Haskew received a land patent for 400 acres in the great fork of Rappahannock River beginning and extending by Blew Cowslip Run in Spotsylvania County.

In 1747 John Coffee bought land patents #164 and #203 from John Foster and John Haskew.

VA Land Grants No. 27, Page 163, Oct 4, 1792
John Haskew received a land patent for 150 acres on the branches of Rappahannock River adjoining the land of Haskew Foster in Orange Co., VA.

Lucas vs Fosters, Plantiff William Lucas, Defendant Haskew Foster exor., Edmund Foster exor. John Haskew dec'd., 1794 will of John Haskew in Orange County contested.
