Ann,
I will add a little more confusion to Isham and Matilda Harville.
Apparently, Matilda Harvill died in Surry Co., NC. Her will is in the North Carolina Archives and includes an inventory of her property. There is a list of sale to John L. Feltz on June 15th 1838. Wilie Feltz was administrator. It was recorded in 1839 as a Surry County Original Estates 1771-1943 under file #C.R.092.508.31. (Information from Sidney Chamberlin. I have not seen these documents.)
There are military markers for ISOM HARRELL [sic],1738-1813 and son ISHAM HARRELL [sic], 1789-1868, side by side, in Grahams Cemetery located on Hwy 69 S.E. of Savannah, Hardin, TN. Isham Harvil Jr. is said to have died in Mississippi. I cannot find any proof that either Isham is actually buried in the cemetery.
