I have just started my search on Louis Harvill. Most of the information I have is from census/cemetery records. I have started a date log to search newspaper archives in a couple of weeks.

You probbly have much more information than I do at this time.

I have found Louis to have been married twice:
(1) to Mary Louise (?) b. 1886 d.1964
Two children: John L. Harvill (b.1907) and Edward T. Harvill (b.1909)
(2) to Laura (?)
Two children: Ada Earnestine (b.12-1-1910) and Lonnie Lee (7-4-1919)

I show Louis to be one of nine children of John Harvill.

Do you by chance know the last names of the two wives. I know you show Laura's last name to be Blalock. But I found another person who says Mary Louise last name was also Blalock (this could be in error, or it could be correct). Do you have a marriage record for either?

Do you know if a photo exists of Louis Harvill?

From what I have gathered, it appears Louis may have married in Jefferson County. I'm headed down that way in a couple of weeks to check marraige recors in CArter and Jeffersonn county for several people.
