Searching for relatives back in Kerry, Ireland, of my Great Grandfather, John HARTY who married Hanora CUNNINGHAM probably in late 1850's.
Family lore has it that they left Ireland and sailed to New Zealand on "Silistria" which arrived at Port Chalmers, Dunedin, New Zealand, in April 1863.
They had with them 3 children:
Michael born 1858
Margaret born 1860
Mary born 1863
