I am assuming you have spoken with Martin Harty of England who's father came from that neigborhood. If not can I give him your e-mail address? So far as I am aware I was named after a Joseph Harty from Baltimore, Maryland who passed on about 1890. And a relative on my Mom's sde of the family. Feel free to ask what ever, if I can be of any help I am at your service. This family has a lot of history, some I have uncovered, most is good! hahah Joe
