I may have figured it out and I even had some of the information and didn't know it. It was in a book that I have. I first looked on ancestry.com and found Robert Kelton and Delila in Davis Township of Van Buren County. Robert was 47 and Delila was 29. The marrieage date of June 17, 1879 means that Delila was only the mother of Sarah C. 6 months old. Tenna was also in the household but she isn't the daughter of Delila. Based on the age of Delila she must be the daughter of Leonard and Rebecca Hartwick. In the 1870 census they had a daughter Delila age 19. Jacob and Sarah Saphronia had a daughter Delila age 17 so either one could be her but I'm going with Leonard and Rebecca for now since Leonard Hartwick had a son Leonard that was buried in what I believe is Davis Township now.
