I'm looking for information on a Lewis Hartwick born abt 1834 probably in New York. His brothers were Henry R. born November 19, 1828 Lorraine,Jefferson Co.,New York and
George Gilbert Hartwick born May 15, 1824 Pierrepont Manor,Jefferson County,New York. They also had 2 sisters born 1829 and 1830. I was told he served in the Civil War but could not verify this. I found information on both Henry and George Gilbert being in the Civil War. The last time I find Lewis in a census is 1830. Then he seems to disappear. His name was given to me by family members. I would also like to know about the two sisters.
