Have Question

Hello Hartwick Researchers,

I have a question that I would like to ask. Pleae be patient as I set this up. My great grandmother was Nancy Hutson/Hudson born 28 Nov 1847 Lawrence County TN Died 3 Sept. 1917 Lawrence County TN. her parents were Charles C. Hutson/Hudson and Elizabeth J. Hodwick. I have been able to find only 1 or 2 other people in all of gencom with the last name of Hodwick. My current theory is that Hodwick is a misspelling of Hartwick or Hardwick. While it is only a theory it is the only one that makes sense to me at this time. With all the Hartwicks in Lawrence County TN it seems possible. What does everyone think? Has anyone came across Elizabeth J. Hodwick married to Charles Hutson before and think there might be a coneection to their line? Thanks in advance for your answeres.
