Looking for marriage record for Jonathan Hartwell (b. Lunenburg, Mass.) and Nancy (maiden name thought to be Daggett). They moved to Wapole, Cheshire Co., NH where eldest dau Polly (Mary) Hartwell (later married Jacob Emerson of Lunenburg VT)was born. Several younger children were baptised 1800 in Lancaster, Coos Co., NH where the family lived from at least 1792.
Children included Mary (Polly), David, John, Betsey, Jonathan, Patty (perhaps Martha), Chastina, Rufus, Alfred, and Joseph.
Jonathan, Sr. died in 1800 and buried in Lancaster, NH, widow Nancy married Gen. Edwards Bucknam of Lancaster. Not certain where Nancy lived after Bucknam died in 1813. But she is buried in Bradford, Orange Co., VT near graves of several young children of her son David Hartwell.
Any assistance on their marriage or births of David, John, and Betsey would be most appreciated.
