As I wrote in my message my gg grand father was Johan Joachim Martin Hartung. He was born November 13 1840 in Geisleden, Germany. He was a baker. He moved to Thisted, a town in Jutland in Denmark where he married a Danish girl called Inger Marie Jensdatter Basse. Later on they moved to Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. I still haven't found out where and when he died.
Can you help me with information about Johan, his mother and father and their other children? I am looking for dates of birth, confirmation, marriages and death. If you can find out which occupation they all had, I would also like to hear about it.
Which sources do you have - and where did you get them? Are they sources I can access personally?
