Hello Sue,
I am told that the Adelaide Hartt listed by your sister-in-law is my grandmother, born in september of 1922. My mother also states that her uncle andrew is not listed(Adelaides' brother)she believes it must be the misspelled name of Bund.
My mother knew her twin aunts, and I met then many years ago also. My mother says that Adelaides' family did at one time live in the New Brunswick, Prince Edward island areas. When the Hartt brothers of the Hartt shipyard divided because of different loyalties nearing the 1812 war, two of these brothers went north. Adelaides ancestors also migrated back to massachusetts at a later time I think. My grandmother(Adelaide)told me a few times about these brothers of the Hartt shipyard a few times, but she never knew which one was her direct ancestor.
I hope this information helps a little. As I stated before, I will be recieving a copy of a longer family tree record started by my late uncle Ricky(richard).
Thank you. Brian Moisson
