I am in posession of a transcript of the "Moody Family Bible" that contains several Hartsooks, apparently born in the Rockbridge Co. VA or Henrico Co., VA areas in the 1840s. Could your Nanie Hartstock (Hartsook) be connected?

Annie E. Hartsook, m. James F. Lotts 1/26/1870
Sarah F. Hartsook, b. 10/11/1842
Analisa Jane Hartsook, b. 8/23/1847
Emily V. Hartsook, b. 5/31/1849
Joseph A. Hartsook, b. 1/18/1851
Maggi L. Hartsook, b. 10/8/1853

Also listed are surnames for Moody, Whitlock, Farra, Wallz, Lotts, and Siles.

May ancestor is John Moody Farra, b. 10/29/1825, son of George W. and Judith Whitlock Farra, who is listed in this bible record.

Anxious to hear from anyone who can make a connection.
