Hartsough/Highsaw

Hello,
Has anyone here ever heard of a connection/name variation that would connect Frederick Hartsough who bought land in Augusta Co., VA 1754 with my family the Highsaw, Hysaw, Hisaw, Haysaw, Hysar family who lived in Augusta, Botetourt, Rockbridge Cos. from at least 1770-1779? (Frederick, Diderick, Henry Hysaw Rockbridge Co. Capt. James Hall's company 1779) They later moved to Burk Co., NC. and Pendleton, SC. The Highsaw name was probably a "changed name" or evolved name since it is not found before that time anywhere else, nor does it exist today anywhere in the world except for the descendants of these men in the US today. Any help appreciated. Susan Hollis hysaw@msn.com
