Ellen D.Hartsook b.abt 1850 Ohio to Iowa

I am looking for info on Ellen. She married Joseph McComas 01-18-1866 in Knox Co., Ill. They lived in Osceola, Clarke Co., Iowa till her death in 1933. I can't find anything on her parents or siblings. Family legend has that her father disowned her when she married Joseph. Does her name seem familar to anyone?
