Now that I've embraced the idea that Margaret Kones Hertzog b. 1712 is indeed the Margaret living on Lot 65 Monocacy Manor in 1767 it is rational to conclude that Pieter and Margaret are the parents of the following children.

WMG, (July 1988) 4-112 bp 27 May 1770, Engelbert Hertzog, age 20y 4m, Johannes Hertzog, age 18y 2m, Wilhelm Hertzog, age 17y 1m, Sara Hertzog, age 17y 9m because Margaret would only be 41 in 1753 when Sara was born. It would also indicate the Hertzogs hadn't attented church since 1750 would give us a closer date as to when they arrived in MD where there wasn't a church. Although there is always the chance the young adults are not siblings. Someone with access to the original church records said the page does not indicate the parents.

This would also conform to: Weiser, Rocky Hill, p. 105. m 29 Aug 1769 Engelberth Hertzog, son of the late Peter, and Christina Spies, dau of Ludwig.

Those of you that are descendants of Englebert, Johannes (Jonathan), Wilhelm (William) and Sara have you concluded these are the younger children of Pieter and Margaret.
