The Rev. W. W. Hartsfield, who was pastor of the Fulton (Miss.) Methodist Church from about 1937 – 1939, died at his home in North Pekin, Illinois on April 30, 1966. He had served as pastor of different Methodist churches of the North Mississippi Conference for 42 ½ years before he retired in 1952 and moved to North Pekin. His first wife died in the spring of 1943 and he married Miss Patricia Sanders of Rosedale, Miss., in November, 1944.
Survivors included his wife and two sons, P. D. Hartsfield of Pekin and Emory Hartsfield of Meridian, Miss.
