Do you have any information on the parents of Pellatiah McElroy who married William Hartsfield on 4 Feb. 1819 in Madison Co., GA.
Also do you have any information on children that may have been born to William Hartsfield and wife, Pellatiah McElroy.
William Hartsfield is found as having been born 15 January 1799 probably in NC and died about 1850 in Harris Co., GA.
His parents are reported as:
Richard Hartsfield; b. 17 Feb. 1748 at Philadelphia, PA. and died about 1830 in Oglethorpe County, Georgia.
He, Richard Hartsfield, is reported to have married Anna McKilroy on 24 Sept. 1771 in Wake Co., NC.
Do you know if McKilroy is the same family as McElroy??
