Corine,
Richard Hartsfield married Anna McElroy 24 September 1771 in Wake County, North Carolina. Together they had 12 children. Three of these children married Sims in Oglethorpe County, Georgia:
Mary Hartsfield married Wiley Sims 24 May 1796
Temperance Hartsfield married Allen Sims 14 August 1797
Elizabeth Hartsfield married Martin Sims 19 January 1807
Wiley and Mary had a son, Wiley, born 4 November 1811.
Martin and Elizabeth also apparently had a son, Wiley.
I do not know the children of Allen and Temperance.
This information comes from Nell Clover's "Hartsfields of America" (1972?).
I will have to research this a little more. Perhaps I can find evidence of which set of parents you Wiley was born to.
