I'm looking information on Theodore Roosevelt Hartsell from Columbus Ohio. He was born Theodore Roosevelt Kuhn in Belmont County Ohio NOV 1904. He was adopted by a Minnie Hartsell, widow of Joseph W Hartsell. Minnie raised Theodore and by the 1930 census, he had adopted the Hartsell name. In 1930, he was living with Marie Houser Reeves, Minnie's neice. Theodore is the lone child of 10 children I'm working on. All the other chilren in this family have been located, and I'm looking for any information on Theodore as well. If he has family, please email.
