I hope someone may have some data for me.
I am looking for any info on:
Luke Hartigan, son of Luke Hartigan Sr.
Luke Sr was born about 1738 & died Feb 1843 (aged 103!!).
Luke Jr married Catherine Coll.
These Hartigans farmed Fort West & Forte East, nr Athlacca.
I know that Luke Jr had a brother Michael who died 4 Nov 1816, aged 28.
Luke Jr & Catherine Coll had at least 6 children:
Daniel bn 1879
Patrick bn ?
Cornelius bn 1876
Owen bn?
Sarah bn 1880 Fort Colmanswell & married George Weller.
Maude/Margaret bn 1883/4
Lizzie (Elizabeth) bn 1885/6.
The Fort lands were Rentracked by the British & therefore lost to the british gov't in 19??.
ANY data no matter how teniuos is much appreciated.
