Richard Hart b. between 1924 and 1949

I'm trying to indentify the child in an old photo. There a two pictures of the little boy labeled Richard Hart. One says he is 113 and half months old, the other doesn't give an age, but is of a child around 1 year.
One picture is addressed "To Aunt Lennie and Clyde Elmer and Grandmother Cope" the other is just to "Aunt Lennie and Clyde Elmer."
Grandmother Cope is Ida "Pearl" Lambert Cope Webb, and "Aunt Lennie" is Lennie Opal Cope Proctor Walker. Clyde Elmer Proctor was Lennie Cope Proctor's son. Since this picture was given to "Aunt Lennie" and "Grandma Cope" I'd assume this would be a grandchild to Ida Pearl Lambert Cope but, I know the children of Pearl Cope (Lennie, Viola, Jewell, and Roy) and none of them married anyone named Hart.
I guess this might be a step-grandchild. Pearl Cope's second husband was Claude Webb.
I can't date the picture very accurately. Clyde Elmer Proctor lived from 1924 to 1949 so since the picture is also addressed to Clyde Elmer it would have to fall in that time frame.
Does anyone know of a Richard Hart who was a baby sometime between 1924 and 1949 and who was connected in someway to Ida "Pearl" Lambert Cope Webb and Lennie Cope Proctor Walker.
Brandy
