John Harsh - Carroll County, Ohio

My ggg grandmother's (Mary Elizabeth Orwig) first marriage was to John Harsh of Carroll County, Ohio. Records indicate that John died in 1848 at the age of 29 when "hit by falling tree while clearing farm land" in DeKalb County, Indiana. John and Mary had three children: Sarah Ann, Solomon Orwig, and Matilda. Mary married second Abraham Burton with whom she had a son, Abraham Orwig Burton. I am descended from Mary through her third husband, Abraham Sherck and their son, John Wesley. I am interested in corresponding with anyone who may have information about John and Mary Harsh and their three children. I have a family album that belonged to John Wesley Sherck (my gg-grandfather) that has many unidentified photos-- some I believe that may be Harsh relatives. Any help, however sketchy, would be well appreciated.
