Looking for descendents of Dr John Harry in Canada, specifically in Saskatoon

I am looking for information about Mrs. R V Cook, who lived in Saskatoon in 1967. She claimed to be a great-granddaughter of John Harry, M D (1781–1852), b. Bodmin, Devon. John Harry lived in Cornwall and Devon, England in 1820s – 1850s. He died in March 1852.
He had a brother John (James – ?), nephews John Deacon Harry (1819 – 1893?) and Philip Harry (1815–1867).
Philip Harry was an artist and topographer. He stayed in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1836, then moved to the U.S. and lived in Boston and in Washington D.C. His engravings and lithographs were quite famous.
John Deacon Harry was possibly married Elisabeth Sarah Millin in 1847. A couple lived in Devon, England and in Kent. They had children Sarah E. (b. 1851) and Emily M (b. 1852).
John Harry’s archive after his death in 1852 presumably ended up in the family of John Deacon Harry. His descendents at some point moved to Canada (directly, or through the U.S., I don’t know).
Mrs. R V Cook owned John Harry’s archive back in 1967. She allowed the Queen’s University to microfilm the documents. Where the original archive now, nobody knows.
I am trying to find a connection between John Harry’s descendants and Mrs. R V Cook.
Any information will be appreciated. Thank you.
