Almarinda Harrold married Samuel Mulkey

I was trying to find information on Almarinda, she married, Samuel W. Mulkey, Jul 2, 1865, in DeWitt, Illinois. I have no other information about her. Samuel later married an Elizabeth Foster (Mrs. Combs), on Dec 1, 1869. In the 1800 census he is listed as a widower.

I also found a Martha Harrold, who married a Samuel Mulkey, Oct 13, 1881. also in DeWitt. She was born in Virgina according to the notes. Her father was Eli Harrold born abt 1796, in Grayson, VA. Her Mom was Carrie Ann Ayers.

My questions are: Almarinda and Martha are they related? Who are Almarinda's parents and is Samuel in both marriages the same Samuel?
