NC or VA Harris' Lela (Lelia) Kate, Clyde, Ross (early 1930's)

I'm pretty sure of the names but not positive. Clyde was female, My dad spoke of his uncle Ross and Lela Kate was my grandmother. My dad was born out of wedlock (fathered by Davis Cranford) in 1930 and They gave him up to the childrens home in Winston Salem when he was 3. I'm just trying to find anything out about this side of the family and any help would be greatly appreciated!
