Looking for information on Benjamin Harrington that married Elizabeth Peacock in Calhoun County Illinois in 1847. She appears in the 1850 Calhoun County Illinois census living with her father John Peacock and with two children John Harrington age 9 and Polly Harrington age 3. I believe John is probably the son of Benjamin Harrington and another wife. I am trying to determine if this John Harrington is my great-grandfather. John had a sister Nancy Maria that was 11 in 1850. She is living in Pike County Illinois at that time. I appreciate any help.
