I am looking for any information on Morris B. Harrington who was born February 1848 in Richfield Springs, Otsego County, New York. Before 1850, he was adopted by Smith T. Congdon and his wife Eleanor Walter, and Morris Harrington retained the Congdon name for the rest of his life.
Who were Morris B. Harrington's natural parents? Where there any siblings? Any clues would be appreciated!
