I have such a HARRINGTON, (and in this case it is HARRINGTON with an 'a' 99% of the time. He is Enoch HARRINGTON born in
the US, 1770s, to Canada early 1800s, settling in Murray Tp. Northumberland Co ON. I have often wondered if he were the Enoch HARRINGTON c1773 s/o of Stephen HARRINGTON in MA, but have no proof. This is a case where DNA testing would be useful, but there aren't a lot of Canadian male HARRINGTONS handy who have been traced to Enoch.
