James Harrill ancestors

I have a copy of the will of James Harrill dated 20 Sept. 1756 in Prince William County.
He evidently died ca. 1763. His wife was named executor along with his sons Daniel and John. A 1763 document gives his wife's name as Mary. The sons named in the will are John, Daniel, Moses, William, Gilbird (Gilbert), and Samuel. He also names daughters Elizabeth, Mary, Susanna, and Rosean (Roseanne?). Does anyone know who his parents were? I also have a copy of a will for Gilbert of Lancaster County who could have been a brother of James.Any help would be appreciated. I will be glad to share information. In addition, I also have the names of Harrills in Nansemond County but don't know if there's a tie-in.
