Wayne,
Thanks for the information. However, I am still looking for evidence that Levi Harrell in Pulaski County was the same Levi listed in Jacob's will. Are there any deeds that list tangible proof that Levi removed from Barnwell County, SC to Pulaski County, GA?I do have the deed that clearly shows that the Levi Harrell, s/o Francis and Sarah Cole Harrell, did leave here and did go to Pulaski County. At the same time period, Asa and William also leave Johnston County. As per the information gleaned from Tax Lists, Wills, Deeds, etc - these three appear to be the sons of Francis Harrell of Johnston County, NC.You made mention that Sarah Cole Harrell removed to SC.This is not correct as she clearly demonstrates in her will that she was a resident of Johnston County,NC and that these children were hers.It is also clearly established that Sarah Cole was the widow of Francis Harrell of Johnston County.Do you have any documentation of primary sources that can clear this firmly up?or at least match the evidence here in Johnston County?Does anyone have a list of people buried in two Harrell Cemeteries in PUlaski County, GA?Could it be possible that since these cemeteries appear in seperate sections of the county, that they were seperate groups of Harrells. THere must be some way to sort these people out with land records.I appreciate your brother sending me the copy of Jacob Harrell's will.I do strongly believe that he was the Jacob in early Johnston and a brother to Francis Harrell here.I am not disputing the likelyhood of kinship, it is just the degree that appears to exist as per primary source records in Johnston County.Hope to talk with you soon.Ray
