Walker Barfield Harper was my father's first cusin. He was the son of Ezra Harper 1810-1860) and Nancy Ann Hartley(1812-1855)
from Marion Co,S.C. Ezra's father was Malachi and mother Jane Jenkins. We think Malachi was born in Va. and Jane in Northampton Co.N.C. Malachi's mother was Alice (maiden name unknown). and that her husband was Joseph Harper or possibly Alexander Harper, according to land documents. One son was named Lewis Littleton Harper so we think maybe
Alice was a Littleton. We can furnish Ezra and Malichi's siblings, Walker's children and other descendents. Would appreciate any information you have.
