Looking for info on Tom Harley in Alabama

I'd appreciate any leads to begin researching my grandfather Tom Harley's side of the family.

My Grandfather's name was T.R. Harley, but his full name was Tom (not Thomas) Razor Harley. I'm not sure of the spelling of Razor.

I know his father lived in Gantt Alabama in what is now Covington County and died around 1930. His name may have been Willie Joel or something similar.
