Leander Harle b abt 1795 from KY>TX

I descend from John Harle & Mary Lewis. I stumbled across some information on a Leander Harle & I'm trying to determine if he is the same Leander who is their son born about 1795. Census shows he was living in Mason Co., KY in 1820 & 1830. Then nothing for 1840 census.

In the History of Robertson Co., TX, it is mentioned that Leander Harl contracted with the town of Old Franklin to build their courthouse 8 June 1838. The county brought suit against him because he never started the project. They discovered he had died on 25 October 1838 and the suit was dismissed. I, also, found where a Leander Harl rec'd a land grant in Robertson Co., TX.

I haven't been able to find any additional information to confirm if this Leander is the son of John & Mary. Circumstantial evidence suggest that he might be. Does anyone have any other information on Leander after the 1830
Mason Co. census. Thanks.
