In obedience to an order of the County Court of Pittsylvania bearing date January Court 1810 we have proceeded, allot'd and lay offto Nancy Hardy, Widow of Benjamin Hardy Dec'd, one third part of the real & personal Estate of the Said Dec'd as follows to Wit:from the amount of the Sale: thirty three pounds Seven Shillings and one penny half penny and from the value of the Negroes to wit:Rhodah a woman at the price of Eighty pounds and
leaving a balance due her of eight pounds Six Shillings and one eight pence, also one hundred and thirty two acres of land including the mansion house.Beginning at a red oak in the pattant Line thence the said line of the Pattant North 32 Degrees East 63 poles to a white oak saplin, thence a new line South 70 degrees east one hundred and sixteen poles to a apple tree in the field , thence south 3 degrees west 152 poles to the back line of the patent, thence the same North 80 degees west 126 poles to a pine
north 7 degree west 116 poles to the beginning this 5th Day of Feby 1810.
