JAMES HARDISON married ELIZBETH JONES about 1830s.She is a daughter of THEOPHILUS JONES c1785-1849 of Houston County Georgia to Coosa County Alabama, where THEO's estate is divided in 1849.Here is the abstract I made some time ago.--Rulon N Smithson

Ordered that "citations issue to heirs of lawful age and husbands of the fems coverts [underlined], also to the Guardian adlitem of the aforesaid minor heirs .. to appear at a "Special term of this Court on the fourth Monday in december next in the town of Rockford in said County" --------
