Hardings of MA,CT

Looking for Hardings in the line of Amaziah-Nathan-Benjamin
of the 1700 era. There appears to be a discrepancy in the line as we have it. We have Nathan-Abigail Westwith son Benjamin 1756-1786 married to Olive Sexton (d.1782). We show them with a son Roswell 1781-1867. The Barbour Collection of New England and CT records have them with a son named Russell. This leaves my ancestry back to the three brothers of 1623 MA. I have a photo of Benjamin's grave in CT and some of his record in the Revolutionary War. I also have a pic of Roswell's grave in Cortland NY where he is buried along with his wife Mabel Hollister and 2 other wives. I hope that any other descendants of Roswell have proof of his parents, whoever they are. I have always thought this line was cast in concrete, but I hope somebody can help get it right. Email me directly if you wish but I will take anything I can get.
