1900 Rutherford County, NC Logan Store Township, Mr Vernon Dist-Dock B. Hardin age 49 born April 1851, Margaret 44-July 1855, Tommie E. (may be Tammie)daugther age 9-July 1890, Bennie age 4-March 1896, Cornelius age 1 (Oct 1898), they are also listed in 1910, with the two boys, but the daughter has apparently married, they are listed as having married at age 21, with 3 children all living and both Dock and Margaret are listed as having parents born in NC. A death record for Margaret shows her born July 6, 1855 in Rutherford County, NC and died May 7, 1923 in Logenstone, Rutherford County, NC her father is listed as John Street and her mother as Betsy Street. Death certificate for Ulysses Cornelius shows born Oct 12, 1898 died Oct 14, 1961 his father listed as Dock Hardin and mother as Margaret Street. In 1920 census Bennie (listed as Bannie) age 24, Ida age 24, Jasper age 5, Irene 3 1/2, Ruth 1 1/2. Hope this helps you.
