My gggrandmother Lucinda Hardesty Warren was born in Boone County KY in 1834. She is listed with her parents, Jacob and Sallie and siblings: Edward, Thomas W, RJ, Mary and Rebecca. There is also another Hardesty on the preceding page of the census. I am not sure of the name...could be John or a shortened form of something...with a wife, Mildred and a young son, John.
Rebecca married John Jones (his second wife) and eventually settled in MT via MO and CO. They arrived there in 1864 in the company of Rebecca's brothers: John, Thomas, Edward and Jackson. Lucinda Hardesty and William Warren arrived in 1871 and settled in Prickly Pear Gulch.
Rebecca and John and Lucinda and William are buried in adjacent plots in Forestvale Cemetery in Helena.
