I suppose you are aware of the Davidson County, Tennessee 1850 census in which Harder Campbell and family are listed. It shows he was born in 1797 which would have put Elizabeth Harder Campbell, if she is his mother, at only fourteen years of age (based on an unconfirmed family source)
