I believe Otto Simon Henry Harcourt of Ankerwycke born 1807 had a son named Charles Walmer Harcourt Ascroft born 1894.
This son was Ottos eldest and married Cecil Violet Enid Greville in 1912 at Pietermaritzburg,S/Africa.
His wife Cecil Violet Enid(Jummy)gave birth to a young boy in 1916 named Peter Charles Algernon Greville Ascroft later Peter Charles Algernon Fulke Greville whose eldest son born 1951 is Christopher Brooke Fulke-Greville,now Lord Fulke-Greville of Alcester.
Charles was left a share in the Blaauwbank Gold mines when he was 17 and he mysteriously dissapeared sfter 1913.
Does anyone know what happened to him,very mysterious indeed.
