Hi Susan,
Yes, this is the same reunion, Yes is is on Father's Day each year. My Uncle has been meeting at the Elephant Rocks State Park for the last several years. We hope to get the reunion back at the cemetery. This year there was some that was at the cemetery but I didn't know it until afterwards. Check on here in April or May and I will post the information when I know it on the reunion nest year. Do you have any information on John and Elizabeth Bell, Rosetta Bell Harbison's parents.
