Joan:I would greatly appreciate it if we can prove Elizabeth Harbin married James Atchison (Etchison) circa 1825.Betty Garbers seemed certain she married James and no one has ever reported that before. She also thought that James Atchison Jr. was Edmund James Etchison's son.I would like to prove that also.Of course I would like to know Elizabeths parents if you have it.Maxine Brown and June Barekman didn't find any of these connections. That was many years ago and folks have found lots of new clues.I accidently found Elizabeths name in Martin County and no one had ever looked there before. If you would like a copy of the history I have put together, just drop me an email. My story starts when a wagon train stops to bury a young girl in what will become Port Williams cemetery, Feb, 1830.Her name is "Christenia" and I think named for her Grandmother Christina.
Thank you, Marvin
