Jay A. Haralson, born 1 May 1921 at Safford, Arizona died 10 August 2009 at Safford, Arizona. Married first to Betty McDonald and second to Grace McKinney. He served in the Navy during world war II and then returned to Safford where he went into the furniture business first with his brother and later with his nephew. He had two children, Rodney Alfred and Sherry Lynn. He always claimed the letter A for his middle name was just the letter A.
